On weekends only the Hacienda Center is open for the pick up of the guest IDs; address: 1200 Avenida Central, Lady Lake, FL 32162. Pick up times are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm and on weekends from 8:30am to 12pm.

We have high-speed internet for you. Log in with the password displayed on the wooden sign on the sideboard right underneath the 75” family room TV and feel right at home.
- TVs
We have two large screen TVs that run through T-Mobile Internet and YouTube TV (TV) via streaming. Please feel free to use your own accounts for any of your favorite streaming services via the apps on the TVs or use any TV streaming device that you might have brought along. Please just don’t forget to delete your user credentials from the apps on the TVs before you leave. - How to use the TVs
You can use the LG TV remotes to turn on the TVs. Navigate to “YouTube TV” then confirm with “Go to YouTube TV”. After that navigate to “Live”, then up/down to your channel. - Essentials
Forgot some essential? Just in case you forgot to pack your toothbrush or any other bare essentials, we have a few items stored for you in the lowest drawer in the master bathroom. Feel free to take what you need.
- Garage door opener
The garage door opener is affixed to the golf cart for your convenience when riding the golf cart.
- Golf cart
Go ahead and explore The Villages “villager-style” with our Yamaha golf cart with QuietTech. The key to the golf cart will be in the small tray on the entryway table for you. The golf cart runs on gas and can be filled at Lake Sumter Landing or Spanish Springs at the Golf Cars shop where they have golf cart gas stations. Please return the golf cart with at least the same amount of gas in it as it had when you arrived here. Please follow all the rules on the use of golf carts in The Villages. We are giving you permission to use our golf cart. You should have a valid driver’s license and cannot have a revoked driver’s license. We insist that no one under the age of 18 years operates the golf cart. Please do not exceed the maximum allowed street limit of 19 miles an hour and please use the seat belts when not on a golf course. Driving the golf cart is at your own risk and you are responsible for any tickets or other fines. You are also responsible for all damages that might occur to the cart, others and yourself.
- Pool
If traveling with small children or non-swimmers, please make sure to install the child safety fence around the pool. The fence is located in the garage (black rolled up mesh fencing material). The pool fencing poles have to be inserted into the holes on the patio deck. There is a “door” with a latch in the fence for access to the pool. Use of the pool is at your own risk.
- Pack and Play & high-chair
For small children we provide a pack and play and a high chair that are both located in the second bedroom closet.
- Kitchen towels
Kitchen towels are located in the lowest drawer to your right when facing the kitchen sink window.
- Dish cloth & scrub sponge
A fresh set of dish cloth, and scrub sponge will be provided every time a new guest checks in.
- Dish soap
Dish soap is provided for the initial days of your stay in the built-in soap dispenser in the kitchen sink. If you need to re-supply, you can fill up the soap dispenser by pushing down and turning the soap dispenser head to the right and lifting it out of its container.
- Cleaning supplies
If you feel the need to clean, disinfect, or wipe down any surfaces in the house while being on vacation there are a few cleaning supplies for your use underneath the kitchen sink.
- Keurig machine/coffee
We are coffee lovers and we thought you might be too. Therefore, we have different options for you to brew your drink of choice. We have a standard Black & Decker coffee maker to make a whole large pot of filter coffee or you can choose to use the small French Press. For your one cup at a time or more flavored coffee desires we also offer a Keurig coffee machine. You can buy cups for the Keurig at Publix, Walmart, or basically anywhere else these days.
- BBQ grill
An additional propane tank is in store in the garage just in case the one that is hooked up is empty. Please let us know if you have to get started on the reserve tank, so we can get the empty one filled again.
- Trash
Trash pickup days are Tuesday and Friday. Please put your trash in trash bags in the front of the driveway the night before (Monday and Thursday night) after 5pm. All materials can be placed together in the same bag, no need to sort (no garbage cans in The Villages).
- Pool cleaning
We have a pool cleaning service that comes every week; most of the time on Thursdays. Please make sure to not lock the pool enclosure door.
- Lawn service
Once a week our lawn service will cut, weed, and blow the grass in our backyard. Please be aware to not leave any toys, lawn chairs or other items out in the yard. Days for lawn mowing fluctuate.
- Beach towels
Beach towels for your use are located in the shelf on the patio.
- Backyard
Our lot is pie-shaped and has therefore quite a large backyard. Please feel free to use it as it is our private land that belongs to the house.
- Family dinners
If you feel like hosting a (more formal) family dinner you can find a tablecloth in the orange dresser underneath the TV.
- Outdoor lights
The screen enclosure outside has beautiful lighting that you can easily turn on by pushing the button of the little black box installed right by the light switches when facing the patio.
- US Postal Service/Deliveries
The Postal Service doesn’t deliver mail to our house but to a central mailbox to which you do NOT have access. If you need your private mail delivered during a longer stay, please consider renting a PO box with the local Postal Service. Amazon and delivery services like FedEx or UPS might also NOT deliver directly to the house; please be aware of that. Any items delivered to the central mailbox are not accessible to you and we will not be there you get the items for you.
- Washer and dryer
Washer and dryer are located in the garage for you. Initial detergent is provided in the small bin on top of the dryer.
- Vacuum
A vacuum cleaner is located in the garage next to the washer.
- Fire extinguisher
For your safety there is a fire extinguisher located underneath the kitchen sink.
- Handicapped access
Our house is suited for handicapped persons in a wheelchair. The second bathroom has a low entrance shower stall with an installed seat. We even have a pool access device. The rod for this device is located on the right side of the garage floor and a seat is in the attic. The rod can be inserted in the capped hole on the patio right next to the pool.
- Re-booking
If you enjoyed your stay, we’d love for you to come back and stay with us again. Please leave us a review on Google and consider booking your next stay with us again via www.LifestyleVisits.com where you have the best price guarantee. Here you can book up to 550 days in advance.
- Check out and check out time
Check-out time is 10am, so we can get the house sparkling clean and sanitized before our next guests arrive. Please leave the golf cart key back in the tray by the front door. Before you leave, please lock the front door and put the keys back into the lock box at the front door. Once the key is back in the lockbox, please scramble the code.
- Leaving the place
We would very much welcome it if you could get the dishwasher started before you go. Thank you!
- Please leave a review
We strive to give our guests a 5-star experience. If you have any problems or find something that is not to your satisfaction, please get in touch with us ASAP.
Please note: Airbnb/VRBO ratings are not like hotel ratings. An overall rating of 5 starts means that you were happy with your stay and all the spaces provided to you. Airbnb considers a score of less than 5 as a “fail”- if our average rating drops below 4.8, we will lose our Superhost-status, and if it drops below 4.7, we risk having Airbnb/VRBO remove our listing from the platform altogether! (This is no joke.
Of course, if you are disappointed or dissatisfied with any aspect of your stay, please feel free to communicate this to me right away, so I have a chance to address the issue and ensure your stay is a 5-star experience.

How to use a GOLF CART
- Turning on the lights
Pull the choke-like pull-button in the middle of the dashboard
- Using the blinkers
The blinker gets set like in any other car but with the golf cart you need to turn the blinker back to its default position manually (otherwise you’ll keep on blinking).
- Going forward and backward
The handle under your set makes a quarter turn to the left and right if you want to change directions. Once put into reverse the golf cart makes a very noticeable noise indicating the backward drive
- Engage and disengage the parking break
In order to put the golf cart into parking you need to step on the break and small “P” section of it with some force until you hear it click. To release the break just put your foot on the gas and go
- Filling up the gas
Open the front seat to find the tank inlet underneath the front seat on the passenger’s side. The golf cart uses regular unleaded gas.
- Getting around in The Villages
We highly recommend to download The Villages GPS app on your phone in order to be able to safely navigate and find all the golf cart paths for your explorative tours.
GOLF in the Villages
- How to reserve a tee time (with Lifestyle ID)
- Every Village Resident is assigned a 6-digit identification number (on your Lifestyle ID/Guest ID) and a 4-digit personal identification number (Pin). These numbers are required to access the automated telephone tee time system and are also used for accessing WIFI at the Recreation Centers.
- Prior to getting started you will need to have the following:
- A touch tone phone (set to tone, not pulse)
- Your ID number and PIN.
- The day you wish to play.
- The number of golfers in your group.
- The golfer ID numbers of all the golfers in your group.
- The course(s) you wish to play.
- Time of day you wish to play.
- Tee times are assigned three days in advance of the day of play via an Automated Tee Time System. There are three ways residents can obtain tee times:
- By making a tee time REQUEST through the automated tee time system 4-7 days in advance. For additional information you call 352-753-3396 for a Request Worksheet.
- By making a tee time RESERVATION through the automated tee time system 1-3 days in advance.
- By calling the respective golf shop (championship courses) or starter building (executive courses) on the day of play to reserve an open tee time.
- Please know that the vast majority of tee times are made via the request portion of the automated tee time system. In order to use this system you have to have the Lifestyle ID for which The Villages charge a $50 fee upon arrival. The Automated Tee Time System can be accessed by phone or through the Internet. (The Tee Time System is discussed in detail in the Golfing in The Villages brochure that is available at your local country club or in the Tee Time Office).
- For the Tee Time Reservation Office, please call 352-753-3396
Championship Golf - As a resident of The Villages or a Lifestyle ID holder, you are automatically a member at all nine of the country club facilities. There are no dues or minimums to pay. No initiation fees. Just choose the course you would like to play by going to the Tee Time Reservation System and pay each time you play. It’s that easy...
- Trail fees are included in the rate to play at each course, so you can bring your own golf cart from home and not have to pay to use it.
- You will find information below that will cover Priority Golf Membership (includes Pools & some Tennis).
- When you pay as you play, you will find these courses are considered semi-private facilities with fee structures designed to be affordable for Villages residents.
